Alexi Vaillancourt is a straight-A student at Millis High School decorated with a host of awards.  She is a National Merit Scholarship commended student, our school’s recipient of the Harvard Book Award, selection for the Society of Women Engineers Certificate of Merit with High Honors and the University of Rochester Bausch and Lomb Honorary Science Award, along with being an AP Scholar with Honors.  A Spanish Immersion student as well, when she’s not studying, Lexi is lending a hand wherever she can. She holds a top leadership role with three organizations in our school (including co-president of the student council, president of the National Honor Society, and secretary of the chemistry club), is a member of our Leo’s club and a student ambassador to the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership program in Massachusetts.

Lexi is also a decorated soccer player and a major reason why our soccer team has won back-to-back state championships.  Captain of the team this year, Lexi is a three-time league all-star, and last year was named the Eastern Mass Girls Soccer Division 4 South and the Boston Globe Division 4 Player of the Year, as well as a Boston Herald All Scholastic,.  She also won a national title with her travel team, the Scorpions Soccer Club, in the U17 division of the Elite Clubs National League this past summer.

She is an outstanding role model for our students, a natural leader in our school, and a most deserving recipient of the Superintendent’s Award.   vaill & SC NC & vail
